Terms and Conditions for Shay's Beauty Oasis

 **Appointment Policy**

   - All appointments require a credit card to secure your reservation.

   - Please arrive at least 10 minutes early; late arrivals may result in shorten treatment times.

 **Cancellation Policy**

   - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a forfeiture of your deposit.

   - No-shows will be charged the full-service amount.

**Payment Policy**

   - All services must be paid for at the time of service.

   - We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and gift certificates.

 **Health and Safety**

   - Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies prior to treatments.

   - We reserve the right to refuse service based on health concerns.

**Refunds and Exchanges**

   - All sales are final. No refunds for services rendered.

   - Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 **Privacy Policy**

   - Your personal information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

 **Liability Waiver**

   - Clients acknowledge and accept the risks associated with spa treatments. Shay's Beauty Oasis is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions.
